brandon harlan
Brandon Harlan is the owner/operator of Oregon NW Homes. He is a native Oregonian who has spent his life in the trades. As a union carpenter he worked on many of the high-rise buildings around the Portland area, such as Intel Properties, Nike World Headquarters, and the Knight Cancer Research Building. He also worked in residential remodeling, heating and plumbing. You can be assured that Brandon will put his construction knowledge and inspection/communication skills to work for you!
On a personal level, Brandon is happily married and a proud father to three boys. Brandon and his family have a home in Hillsboro and enjoy sporting events, traveling and fishing.

RYAN BURLINGAME
Ryan Burlingame is our newest member of the Oregon NW Home Inspection team! Ryan has spent his life in the construction trades. Most of his career has been spent installing and assessing high end flooring systems in commercial and residential projects. He is a union member and his eye for detail (as well as his communication skills) have made him a leader in the field.
He also enjoys spending time outdoors backpacking with his wife, two dogs and new baby son. Annual competitions, including the Tough Mudders and the STP are a part of his background. Ryan’s passion for helping others shines through in this profession and he is excited to be a part of the Oregon NW Home Inspections team!
